Introduction
This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Bauge Internett Tjenester (“Us” or “We”), the owner and operator of VirtualCanvasCollection (“Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website.

We provide a selection of digital images (“Products”) on our Website. The Products are available for free download in WebP format for private use, or for purchase in high resolution for commercial use.

If you download the Products for free, you are granted a license to use the Products for personal use, such as wallpapers on your personal devices including but not limited to PCs, phones, tablets, and TVs. You may also publish the Products online or in other media, but you must include a reference to our website, virtualcanvascollection.com, in each case of publication.
If you purchase a Product, you are granted a license to use the Product as you see fit, subject to the restrictions outlined below. This includes the right to publish the Product without the need to credit us or our website.
Regardless of whether you have downloaded a Product for free or purchased a Product, you may not:
- Resell the Product
- Lease the Product
- Transfer the license to use the Product to another person
- Assign the license to use the Product to another person

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and the changes will take effect when posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes are posted will mean that you accept the changes
